Literature Text
I stole the stars,
grabbed them in greedy eager fingers
(they never dreamed of an opportunity)
and for a lack of pockets popped them in my mouth.
Soon I became chipmunk-cheeked with the amount of them,
glowing and poking against my skin from the inside.
Still, I stuffed them in,
One silver star,
two shilver shtarsh
three shiva staas
Unlike marshmallows,
when I swallow the stars burn and scrape my throat,
and I forget what singing or speaking is.
grabbed them in greedy eager fingers
(they never dreamed of an opportunity)
and for a lack of pockets popped them in my mouth.
Soon I became chipmunk-cheeked with the amount of them,
glowing and poking against my skin from the inside.
Still, I stuffed them in,
One silver star,
two shilver shtarsh
three shiva staas
Unlike marshmallows,
when I swallow the stars burn and scrape my throat,
and I forget what singing or speaking is.

Relive
and you and i relive our joy every night without much thought about why we do it we share the details of our secret loves with one another rekindling the fire that sparked it all the glimmers the sparkle the glamour of that first interest leaves you and i hungry and i believe you and i are growing closer by these addictions and vices we feed at 3:15 am this dream exchange is going to crash one day because the money we stake on this dream talk is quite a big gamble and we, the poor and sensitive, are running out of free passes yes one day either we will consume our dreams or they will consume us.
Literature
Lampades
Forgotten.
Left in the dreg heap of time and history.
Spirits who wander as pale shades of light, in abysmal darkness.
Come, oh daughters of Hekate!
Sing, oh fruits of Nyx!
Rise, oh women of raw identity.
Lay hands upon the Forlorn and outcast.
Soothe the spirits of man burdened.
For as living men tell lies, the Dead tell no tales.

It's 2:30 am. I really should be sleeping but I just wrote this silly poem about sticking stars in my mouth.
